TIU Visit Erbil Provincial Council The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tishk International University, Dr. Idris Hadi, and Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Dr. Barham Haidar, visited Erbil Provincial Council on January 18th, 2023.
