Abstract:
This study aims to specify the levels of administrative transparency and Organizational Health through the perspectives of a sample of the teaching staff at Koya University in Kurdistan region-Iraq. In addition, to determine the nature of correlation and the impact between administrative transparency that represented by (transparency in administrative procedures and regulations, transparency in administrative accountability, and transparency in decision-making) and Organizational Health collectively and individually through an applied field of testing study variables along with a relay on analytical descriptive approach. In order to achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to a sample of the teaching staff at Koya University that numbered (41) members in order to verify the hypotheses that have been adopted in the present study. The study found that there are a positive correlation and significant impact between administrative transparency and Organizational Health collectively and individually. Based on the results, a number of recommendations have been presented such as: the necessity to work in order to strengthening the commitment of administrative transparency in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region Universities to be at high levels, and the necessity to reconsider the formulation of laws, instructions, and procedures in order to achieve the organization goals.
