Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics is exposed to practical learning for the students, who will be the industry representatives in coming future. For the developmental process and the better understanding of the business in Kurdistan, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) organized a seminar on “Iraq Telecom Market by KOREK Telecom” on 2nd December 2015 at Tishk International University Campus. The seminar presented by Mr. Himansu Saharbudhe, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of KOREK Telecom. It became an interactive session among industry representative, academicians and 2nd year students of FASE. Mr. Bassam the communication head showed the picture of the whole marketing communication process at KOREK. Mr. Himansu Saharbudhe, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) showed his interest and shared the whole business process from conceptualization of a product or service to delivery to end customer/consumer. Student got an insight for the future opportunities existing with KOREK in Iraq. Mr. Fatih, Dean of FASE felt overwhelmed with the response of Mr. Himansu and Mr. Bassam on the support with the eye opening discussion with students. FASE thanked KOREK for their effort and have assurance for such interactions in the future. To get the positive response from students and industry for Academia – Industry interface experienced with KOREK, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics has planned many programs indoor as experience sharing of industry leaders and outdoor as the visit of real business operations process that will help our students to sharpen their learning with the real feel of practical life in industry
