The Opening started with the National Anthem of Kurdistan. President Oztas and SUH President Dr. Dizayee made inauguration speeches as the hosts of the conference.
Minister Dr. Pshtiwan Sadiq, in his speech, expressed his gratitude for the cooperation between Scientific Institutions. He added that such events are very important to bring the innovations and developments to the homeland and celebrated both parties for the organization.
After presentation of the plaquet, Minister, officials, intellectuals and the visitors listened to the keynote speeches by Associate Prof. Dr. Azamat Akbarov, Mrs. Laura Woodward and Dr. Ala Makki.
The event will finish today with certificate presentation in the closing ceremony.
