Debate on ” Should we support child-birth prevention according to law? ” held in Tishk International University on 19th January of 2019.The debate was between Halabja University and Hawler medical University. The debate included 8 participants, each participant had 4 minutes to support his/her argument.At the end of the intersting debate which lasted over one hour, Hawler medical University was declared a winner by the Jury Committee.
