Exam Committee

The examination committee of the Interior Design Department pursues the planning and scheduling of the examinations for the MID-TERM and FINAL for each semester. The schedule consists of the allocation of the examinations halls, the chief invigilators and their assistant invigilators for all the courses. Faculties are requested to be present while the examination in progress for any queries. Starting from the examination room, the exam committee will hand in the sealed envelopes to the chief invigilators and make sure that the examinations in progress. The exam committee label students seating in each examination room and receive the the exams booklets. The exam booklets have to be secret numbered for the Final Exams.  For archives  purposes, attendance , past papers are filed. To make sure that the results are kept in more than one locations the exam committee documents a signed and stamped  finalized results of all stages in hard copies.
