1st National Workshop on “Hyphenated Techniques and its application in Phytopharmaceuticals”

With sponsorship of Al-Qiffaf Scientific Company the 1st national workshop on Hyphenated Techniques and its applications in Phytopharmaceuticals has been held by Faculty of Pharmacy on 23-24 April 2019. Many valuable guests have participated in this workshop for two days.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Ashwaq Al-Jaf (Member in Iraqi Parliament), Deans, academic staff, participants from Pharmacy Colleges in many cities of Iraq and Kurdistan, Basrah Drug Quality Center, and Samarrah Drug Industry quality center have attended the workshop.

The workshop started with a welcome speech by Dr. Esra Bayrakdar (Head of Department) and both national anthems, then Dr. Idris Hadi (Head of board of Trustees) has presented a speech to the participants, after that Dr. Muath Sheet (Dean of Pharmacy) gave a brief introduction to the workshop at the beginning of the program.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdulmutallab A.G. Jawhar Dean of Baghdad College of Medical Sciences has made a presentation as the keynote speaker. Other speakers from Basrah University, Koya University, Alzahrawi University, and Tishk International University has also given presentations in this workshop.
