The president of Koya University, Dr. Wali Mahmood Hamad accompanied by Vice President of Scientific Affairs, Head of International Relations Office, Dr. Hawkar Bapeer along, with Dean of Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hasseb and Dean of Science, Dr.Taha Jalal, have visited Tishk International University Campus on February 5, 2019. They were warmly welcomed and hosted by the chairman of the board of trustee and acting president of TIU, Dr. Idris Hadi Salih.
Tishk International University (TIU), (previously known as Tishk International ) has signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Koya University on February 5, 2019.
Firstly, Dr. Idris Hadi Salih presented a brief introduction about Tishk International University. Then after, the delegation had a tour inside the campus. They had a close insight into the facilities and infrastructure of the University, Specifically the Dentistry Faculty. The delegation was astonished by the tremendous efforts of (TIU) in leading education and science in private sector.
Both presidents directed their relation offices to initiate exchange programs of knowledge and information as well as the creation of opportunities for further mutual approaches to promote academic, cultural, and scientific correlations.
Joint master program is also discussed in the meeting and both parts will open new joint program for the new year 2018-2019.
TIU were so delighted to host the presidency delegation of Koya University.
