On December 16, 2019 there will be IT Education Toward Industry (ITETI) workshop, the Intended audience are IT department and Computer engineering staff and their students, at 01:30 PM to 03:30 PM, in the Tishk International University, education building, Hall 302. The presenters will be:

Abstract and Objectives:
In a fast-developing world where new technologies are coming out rapidly, there is a need for people working in the IT field to be aware of this fast development. Our university should act as a place for preparing students for industry and improving staff knowledge. Therefore, introducing experts to staff and students in one of the best ways that support the education process. IT Department is willing to conduct a National Workshop that introduces IT staff and students to professional programmers who are working in the industry to support the education process.
Objectives of the workshop are:
- Give IT students an opportunity to meet professional programmers to show them a roadmap for getting a potential career.
- Keep IT staff well-updated about the latest technologies in the industry.
- This workshop could the IT department in updating its curriculum according to the industry needs.
