On October 2018, the partnership between Tishk International University (TIU), Antwerp Waasland Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belgium and  Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

To support the senior staff of private companies in Erbil through training sessions in managerial problems and issues that may encounter private companies. These training sessions are conducted once a month, the topics of the sessions are chosen and prioritized by the companies themselves, 17 private companies.

The training materials are prepared according to international standards by TIU, by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wasfi Kahwachi, Admin. & Vice President of Tishk International University (TIU).
