- To increase the number of admissions by 1% annually across all programmes offered.
- To increase the number of Full time Academic Staff of 3% annually.
- To increase revenue collection by 1% annually.
- To improve the Student Satisfaction ratio obtained by conducting the Pre-graduation Survey by 3%
- To improve the Staff Satisfaction ratio obtained by conducting the Staff Satisfaction Survey by 2%
- To improve the Staff Satisfaction ratio about the University facilities and logistics by 7%
- To increase the number of students enrolled in the Student Exchange Programs by 10%
- Diversifying the income of the university by increasing the income supplied by resources other than tuition fees by 2%
