Teaching philosophy

My teaching strategy is mainly based on an innovative pedagogical approach which implements student centered learning. I believe that students must have an active contribution in the class. Teacher’s role is to create an environment where students can actively engage with in-class activities.

Nowadays, most of the students prefer practical sessions to theoretical lectures, this is primarily due to the fact that students are inert and basically listeners inside the classroom. My policy is to change this phenomenon and encourage students to actively participate in my theoretical lectures which in turn increases the enthusiasm and eagerness of the students.
