Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of the Board of Trustees and Dr. Mehmet Özdemir, Vice president of Tishk International University and Dr. Suleyman Celik, Dean of Education faculty visited Mr.Ni Ruchi , Consulate General of China in Erbil, Iraq on March 07, 2019.

It was planned to initiate collaboration between Tishk and various Chinese Universities to promote shared seminars, international conferences, student and staff exchange programs and information exchange.

Mr. Ruchi promised to help Tishk students to get opportunities and scholarships to attain Master’s degrees at various Chinese Universities. He also suggested the creation of exchange programs that would raise knowledge and provide research data for both parties. It is hoped that this might bring about a free exchange of information while creating new opportunities for academic, cultural and scientific exchanges.

Dr. Hadi mentioned several activities such as conferences, workshops, and social activities that he hoped would interest Chinese students and institutions. Mr. Ruchi showed a willingness to participate in these activities both in the current academic season and well into the future.

At the end Dr. Hadi presented a commemorative plaque of appreciation to Mr. Ruchi to thank him for his gracious hospitality.
