Theme: An emerging platform in modern herbal medicine.

A workshop on “Hyphenated Techniques and its application in Phytopharmaceuticals” is conducted by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tishk International University, Erbil, on April 23rd and 24th 2019. The workshop opening ceremony and welcoming speech by Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of Board of Trustees and President of Tishk University. The trainer of the workshop is Dr. Muath sheet, Dr. Esra T. Anwar, Dr. Omji Porwal, Dr.Javed Ahamad, and Dr. Subasini. The workshop is chaired by Dr. Muath sheet, Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Tishk International University. The workshop mainly targeted the UG and PG students of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical technology, Ph.D. Scholars and the teaching faculty.

The afternoon session focused on detailed training presentation and hands-on training. The training mainly covered HPLC, UV, FTIR, DSC and Zeta sizer. The session provided practical experience on each design with examples.

Two days’ workshop come to end at 4.30pm. A vote of thanks is delivered by Dr. Esra, HOD, Tishk International University. Presented a memento to Scientific speakers as a token of gratitude.
