The 2nd International Engineering Conference on Developments in Civil and Computer Engineering Applications (IEC 2016) is held for the period from 21 to 22 February 2016. This year the conference is organized jointly by Tishk International University and Erbil Polytechnic University. Tishk International University is always keen to establish connection with other educational institutions whether nationally or internationally.

Dep. of Tishk International University), Mr. Berham Haydar (Head of Civil Eng. Dep. of Tishk International University), Dr. Adnan Shihab (Director of Academic and International Relations of Erbil Polytechnic University) Dr. Basil Younus (Head of civil Eng. Dep. of Eng. Technical College), Dr. Bzar Khidr Hussain (Head of ISE Dep. Of Eng. Technical college), and Dr. Khalel Hassan (Head of High way Dep. Technology Institute of Erbil Polytechnic University).
After the Opening Ceremony at Erbil Polytechnic University, presenters was presented their presentations in two days. The first day at Erbil Polytechnic University and the second day at Tishk International University Campus. The program ended with certificate and present presentments.
