Erbil, February 16, 2026 – Tishk International University (TIU) organized a panel discussion on the occasion of World Language Day, highlighting the importance of linguistic diversity, cultural identity, and the role of language in preserving heritage and strengthening communication among nations.
The panel brought together academics and students to discuss the value of mother languages, multilingualism, and the role of educational institutions in protecting and promoting linguistic diversity.
