📅 June 02 & 03, 2025

This competition aims to offer a platform for senior undergraduate students (in their 4th and 5th years) to present their graduation projects, engage in a poster competition, and develop their academic and professional competencies. It also seeks to promote collaboration, creativity, and the exchange of knowledge among students, faculty members, and industry experts.

Event Stages

Stage 1: Department-Level Competitions

Each academic department is required to organize a competition to select the top two graduation projects. All senior students (4th and 5th year) are invited and strongly encouraged to participate.

  • To be eligible, projects must meet the criteria outlined in Eligibility Criteria.

  • During the competition, students are required to present their projects using the PowerPoint template attached as PPT TEMPLATE.

  • Each project will be evaluated by a department-level evaluation committee, to be formed by the department. An evaluation checklist is provided in the EVALUATION FORM, which departments may adapt (customize) to suit their specific academic disciplines.

  • At the end of the departmental competition, the top two projects with the highest evaluation scores will be selected and nominated to participate in the university-wide Graduation Project Competition.

Stage 2: Student Graduation Project Competition

The university will host the Student Graduation Project Competition, where the top two projects from each department will be presented by the students.

  • All projects will be evaluated by the Competition Evaluation Panel.

  • The two highest-scoring projects at the Competition level will be selected as the Best Graduation Projects of the Year.

  • Participation and attendance certificates will be awarded to all students who present at the Competition.

Stage 3: Arabic Forum Nomination

The top two projects selected at this competition will be officially nominated to represent our university at the 26th Innovative Student Forum, organized by the Arab Committee for Student Training and Innovation.
