Tishk International University (TIU) has once again proven its academic and digital excellence by ranking 1st among all universities in the Kurdistan Region in the July 2025 edition of the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities. This marks TIU’s continued leadership as the top private university in the region since 2019.

At the national level, TIU achieved a historic milestone by rising to 6th place among all universities in Iraq, its highest position to date.

On the global scale, the university also showed impressive progress, advancing to 2,627th place, a notable improvement from its 3,048th position in January 2025.
