Tishk International University’s Faculty of Administrative Science and Economics proudly organized the second “Clean and Love Kurdistan campaign”. The campaign was on April 18th, 2016. On 2nd May, 2017, Tishk International University and Erbil Municipality organized a seminar to create an awareness of keeping clean and protecting the environment with the sponsorship of Parwa Sewing Factory, CEO of factory Mr. Akam Sherwan received the certificate and appreciation plaque for Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas President of Tishk International University and Mr. Farman Khalil Majid Director of Service and Environment Municipality.
The seminar took place on the campus and started with opening speech by Mr. Fatih Cura Dean of Faculty of Administrative Science and Economics; then Mr. Farman Khalil Majid welcomed the students and congratulated Tishk International University since it involved in such kind social activities, at the seminar he made a presentation about protecting environment and explained their different projects. The local media was ready and interested in the seminar. At the seminar Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas thanked to all the participants, particularly to the Erbil Municipality for their valuable cooperation as well as their support. Then, he delivered certificates to the participants from Municipality of Erbil. At the end of seminar, Mr. Karwan Jabbar Hassan Vice President of Erbil Municipality and Mr. Farman Khalil Majid thanked the participants and delivered certificate to lecturers and students.
