Consul General of the Russian Federation in Erbil, and Representatives from North-Caucasus Federal University Visit TIU Tishk International University (TIU) received a prestigious delegation from North-Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) on a visit aimed at fostering international cooperation and exploring potential collaborations.
