Web Admin2024-08-19T16:45:01+03:00Civil Engineering Department at TIU Strengthens International Collaboration for Earthquake Mitigation in Iraq On 31st of July, a meeting was held in the office of the Vice President at Tishk International University with Dr. Mehmed Ozdemir, Vice President and Head of Civil Engineering Department Dr. Barham Haidar in attendance where they discussed the project “Towards Earthquake Mitigation in Iraq: EMS-98 Adopted Vulnerability Assessment of Existing Buildings” under “Ta’ziz Partnership - Short-Term Measures 2024” which is funded by German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
