Law faculty is one of the faculties that have unique scientific and social activities that have led to raising the university’s ranking among public and private universities. Under the patronage of the ministry of higher education and scientific research, faculty of law organized the 3^rd International Conference on Issues, and Legal Affairs at the University presented on Thursday, May 10, 2018.

The opening speech was presented by Dr. Wasfi Kahwachi, Admin. & Fin. Vice President mentioned the role of the university in supporting scientific and social activities. The conference was honored by the presence of the representative from the Ministry of Higher Education Dr. Najdat Aqrawi, on behalf of the minister of higher education which he presented a speech highlighting and the importance of this kind of conferences in supporting scientific and social activities wishing the success to the faculty of law, Tishk International University. Dr. Adnan Abdullah Rasheed, Dean of the Faculty of Law and chair of the conference, welcomed the audience and presented a brief about the conference.

A number of political, legal, religious and social persons attended the conference and a large number of satellite media and interviewed some political and legal figures about the third international legal conference of the Tishk International University. Researchers presented 49 different papers to the participants including foreign researchers from different countries and in different languages.

At the closing ceremony, Dr. Adnan Abdullah Rasheed made a closing speech and stated that the event itself was educative for each single of the participant. Then the certification of appreciation was presented to the lecturers, research assistants and students for their contributions in organizing the conference. Law faculty continues to do more scientific events for our students. We hope all success to our participants in the 3^rd international legal issues conference.
