Tishk International University through TIU IT Services Unit & TIU Research Center Launched the 1st National workshop titled on “5G And Beyond Technology“ which is held in our university for the period December,18-19,2019, has been completed successfully .
The collaboration between Tishk International University and Iraqi Private Banks League , Baghdad is important for providing suitable cooperatoion and suitable environment for researchers, students , key speakers and ministries and universities, private sectors in Kurdistan and Iraq to present their up date about the 5G Technology.
Honorable Guest and Key Speaker Mr. Sherwan Anwar Mustafa, Iraqi Private Banks League ,Baghdad, presented his speech on “5G Challenges of FIN-TECH globalization ERA”.
The Honorable Guest speaker , Mr. Rasech Barzani , the advisor of ministry of communication in Kurdistan , KRG , who participated in this workshop is very interesting on the topics presented which reflected the up to date technology of 5G and its challenges and innovations in addition to the good hospitility and well organization and to the certificates to all the guest and key speakers from the MHE ,KRG and Ministry of communication KRG .Also he expressing his deep thanks and appreciatiation to Tishk University and the organizing committee Prof.Dr. Faiq H. Saeed & Prof. Dr. Qaysar Salih Mahdi , and special thanks to Prof.Dr.Qaysar Salih Mahdi the workshop chair program for his interesting speech.
Prof. Dr. Qaysar Salih Mahdi , presented his speech on title “5G Technology Innovations & Challenges And Beyond”, which reflects the up to date technology concerning the 5G technology and he concluded that the world is transforming from the hardware world to the Virtual Digital World , the comming years will witness the transformation from the hardware to softwarization and virtualization by the benefits of 5G Technology.
Both Tishk University and Ministry of Communication , KRG , suggested to keep contact with each others to make mutual projects and multiple meetings , discussions concerning the road map which is proposed by our university.

MHE, KRG all expressing their happiness and good It is concluded “5G and Beyond” will enable bandwidth in excess of 100s of Megabits per second (Mb/s) with latency of less than 1 millisecond (ms), as well as provide connectivity to billions of devices. Most importantly, these technologies are expected to enable fundamentally new applications that will transform the way humanity lives, works, and engages with its environment. The members and societies recognize the disruptive nature of technologies enabling the 5G and Beyond vision, as well as the substantial technical barriers to its realization.
Tishk International University through TIU Research center and TIU IT Services Unit , pave the road map to open continues discussions ,meetings, workshops, conferences , with the ministry of communication in Kurdistan, and Iraq , ministry of electricity , ministry of industry , telecommunication companies , and Internet companies and industries , researchers, students from different universities in order to handle strategic projects towards implementation the 5G technology in our country in addition to make mutual understanding between universities and the industry with private sectors towards the smart city.
