University of Lodz Delegation Visits Tishk International University for Collaboration Talks
On May 4th, 2023, a delegation from the University of Lodz in Poland visited Tishk International University in Erbil, Iraq. The delegation comprised Professor Tomasz Uryszek, Vice Dean of Student Affairs from the University of Lodz, and Assistant Professor Agnieszka Klisik-Uryszek from the Department of International Trade.
The delegation was welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi, Head of the Board of Trustees from Tishk International University. The two sides held talks on potential areas of collaboration and other issues related to international education. Both universities expressed interest in collaborating in various fields, including research, academic exchange and student mobility programs.
They also discussed the possibility of joint research projects and joint degree programs. After the talks, Dr. Hadi presented a Plaque of Appreciation to the delegation from the University of Lodz as a token of appreciation for their visit and the fruitful discussions.
