Food Fundraising Event, Social Community Projects and Clubs Introduction Day
The Dean of Students at Tishk International University (TIU) held a food fundraising event on November 29th, 2023, in which it also showcased the university’s commitment to community service and student engagement through the introduction of the social community projects and clubs held at the university. The event was hosted by our student Revan Rzgar and featured a compelling speech by Dr. Mohammed Abdullghani, Dean of Students enriching the day with insightful perspectives and inspiration for the university community.
The event aimed to introduce the social community projects held at TIU, and provide insights into the diverse university clubs, ranging from sports to art and music. Simultaneously, the day featured a delightful food fundraising initiative that exceeded expectations by collecting more than $13,000. This impressive generosity from the university community reflects a shared commitment to making a positive impact. The funds raised during the event are dedicated to supporting social community projects, reinforcing the university’s mission to serve and support those in need.
