Tishk International University (TIU) recently hosted a team from the Kurdistan Foundation. This prominent non-governmental organization focuses on youth empowerment and community development. The visiting team included Dr. Iman Ibrahim, Program Manager for Special Projects, and Ms. Vina Sherzad, Operations Specialist for Special Projects. Their visit aimed to explore avenues for long-term collaboration with TIU. The goal is to support and empower youth across the region.
The Kurdistan Foundation team received a warm welcome from the university’s leadership. Attendees included Prof. Dr. Sultan T. Abu-Orabi, President of TIU. Also present were Prof. Dr. Faiq Hussain, Dean of the Applied Science Faculty; Dr. Mohammed Abdulghani, Dean of Students; and Dr. Tola Faraj, Vice Dean of the Applied Science Faculty.
