Advancing Health and Wellness Through Nutrition

On October 7, 2025, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Tishk International University successfully organized an International Workshop titled “The Gut–Brain Connection: Diet as a Tool for Resilience and Wellness.” Held at Hall 302, Education Building, this event supported UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being by exploring the critical relationship between nutrition, brain function, and mental resilience.
