On September 07, 2016, one of our beloved students had a heartbreaking and unexpected accident. His name was Sahand Luqman Fawzy who was a freshman in the Architecture Department.
His friends did not forget him and his family so they prepared a “Memorial Ceremony” in co-operation with the Student Deanery to honor our late student’s family. The ceremony was full of the emotional minutes in which his friends had prepared poems, speeches, songs and slides dedicated to him. The attendees, including his family, friends and the Senior staff of the university, burst into tears.
Sahand might be gone but his soul will always stay alive among us as long as we keep him in our mind and heart.
May Allah rest his soul in peace.
