Dean of Students arranged a welcome ceremony on the campus for freshmen students. The event was held at 12:00 o’clock on January 18, 2017.
The event started with the welcome speech by the President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş. In his speech, he welcomed the students warmly to university for the new academic year and wished them success as well as encouraging them to take advantage of ISHIK’s status as one of the world’s premier international institutions and pioneer in the Kurdistan Region. The event ended by Kurdish music.
As Tishk International University, we would like to mention that “by working together, we are going to make this a great place to work, teach, study and serve our community, as we always say, the future is here.” We are all happy and excited to receive you as newly born members of this great family called “ISHIK”.
