Delegation from the Higher Education Ministry of Iraq visited Tishk International University, and welcomed by Dr. Idris Hadi Head of Board Trustees and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas President of Tishk International University on the 29th January, 2017.
President Oztas made a presentation concerning the university plans, targets, achievements, successes, facilities, departments, and scientific and social activities of Tishk International University.
Dr. Ali Razuqi from Baghdad as Head of the Delegate and Dr. Jamal Kamal as representative of Higher Education Ministry in KRG were ready on the campus during the examinations and evaluations.
The main agenda of the meeting was the accreditation matter for private universities in Kurdistan. After the meeting, delegate visited all faculties and facilities of Tishk International Univeristy one-by-one and asked detailed questions.
Iraq Ministry of Higher Education will soon announce their decision on the issue above mentioned.
