Tishk International University in Cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized a Certificate Awarding Ceremony and a Joint Workshop on May 17th, 2017, under the theme of “Features & Prospects of International Accreditation in Higher Education”. Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized the 2nd International Conference on Legal/Law Issues (ILIC) on May 11th, 2017, with 45 researches in the field of law, politics, and Islamic Sharia in three languages – Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Participant were not only from Kurdistan and Iraq but also from Egypt, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Libya. Tishk International Career Center organized the 4th Career Days on May 9th, 2017. The event was held with the participation of 20 international and local companies; three of them participated as sponsor which are Hawkary Group, RT Bank, Kar Group.  The event started at 9:00 a.m. and finished at 4 p.m. Most of the senior students visited all the stand to submit their CVs to the companies to get a chance to work with them. Law Department organized Commemoration Ceremony on May 10th, 2017 for Dr. Huseyin Cakillikoyak Dean of Law Faculty. At the beginning of the program, Dr. Idris Hadi Head of Board of Trustees gave a speech about short bio of Dr. Huseyin and talked about the role of Dr. Huseyin for Law Faculty as well as the university.
