ISHIK CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER To all 12th grade students in both branches  (Scientific and Literature): UBUR Students and/or the ones who want to repeat the Ministry Exam, you can register your name and study English for a year at Tishk International University – Continuing Education Center (IUCEC).
