Dentistry Faculty in Tishk International University (TIU) started the first Joint Master Program in collaboration with Hawler Medical University (HMU) in April 2018. Good news for Architecture Engineering and Interior Design students! Congratulations! The first and the second students of education faculty, ELT department have presented their thesis to the scientific committee. On July 23, 2020, Kanar Zirak Haseeb Chicho has presented her thesis entitled (The Effects of Embedded Learning on Students’ Performance in EFL Classes at Foundation Year in College of Education at Tishk International University) to the scientific committee members. In this pandemic situation relying on the instructions from MHE, KRG, faculty, and university scientific committee, FASE decided to avoid the spread of Corona Virus concerning and putting students’ health as a priority, FASE worked hard to organize an online thesis defense presentation platform on ZOOM for the graduation project. Tishk International University (TIU) opened the first Joint Master Programs in collaboration with Erbil Polytechnic University (EPU) two years ago.   On 13th and 14th of July 2020, in the presence of Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, President of TIU, Dr. Mehmet Özdemir, Academic vice president, Dr. Wasfi Kahwachi, Admin. & Fin. Two years ago, Tishk International University opened the first joint master program with the public universities. The program was allowed by the ministry of higher education & scientific research, KRG, since TIU was ranked in the top first group of the national university ranking (NUR).
