Andrei Stanescu Head of Romanian Consular Office in Erbil visited Tishk International and welcomed by Dr. Idris Hadi Head of Board of Trustees and President of Tishk International University on July 27th, 2017. After a week of suffer Dr. Huseyin Cakillikoyak Dean of Faculty of Law and Coordinator of IRO passed away on the very holy Friday, April 28, 2017. The kind of a man that can't be repeat of his kindness and good heart of nowadays. Rest in peace. May Allah forgive you and bless you.
