Dr.Idris Hadi Saleh, Head of a Board of Trustees and the acting of President of Tishk International  University welcomed the delegation from Independent Human Rights Commission in Kurdistan Region on September 13, 2017. The delegation consisted of Mr.Zia Betrus Salwa Head of Commission and Mr.Krmanj Osman Consultant of Commission.

The aim of the visit was to discuss a potential cooperation agreement between two institutions: Tishk International University and Independent Human Rights Commission On the other hand Dr.Idris Hadi saleh with delegation Considered the possible ways for collaborations like; joint seminars, conferences and certificate programs related to human rights, and also the possibility of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) together.
