On December 3rd, 2020, the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy (IRD) at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a seminar on “Promoting Human Security: A People-Centric Approach.” The Seminar aimed to enhance the knowledge and application of Human Security in Society to learn to solve existential problems encountered during conflict and war. Dean of Students of Tishk International University / Faculty of engineering organized a Hiking trip to Safin mountain on December 05, 2020. Hiking is an outdoor activity which consists of walking in natural environments. Nowadays, it is such a popular activity in the worldwide. Studies have confirmed the health benefits of hiking, including losing excess weight, decreasing hypertension, and improving mental health. Our trip started at 08:00 am from our university. Tishk International University Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics, Business and Management organized a workshop on "Global Entrepreneurship Week" in collaboration with Meraki Ventures Company-Erbil on November 18, 2020, at the Faculty of Education, Hall 302.
