Tishk International University and Erbil Polytechnic University hosted 5th International Engineering Conference (IEC2019) on June 23-25, 2019. IEC2019 is technically sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Iraq Section. The conference aimed to disseminate research findings and provide a platform for scholars to debate and exchange ideas on the developments in the field of engineering. The accepted papers will be indexed by IEEE Xplore Digital Library Database. Tishk International University celebrated its 8th graduation which held at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, in the campus of Tishk International University. The ceremony started with a moment of silence for the martyrs of Kurdistan and the national anthem. Then some verses of Quran – Karim has been read by our student Muhammad Rashad. A group of students came from Duhok city paid a visit to Tishk International University on June 20, 2019. The students were fresh students who had just finished (Wizari) Central National Examination, so they wanted to get information about their future careers and get a chance to see how a university life looks like. Dr. Karem Majed, representative of MUSOCO organization visited Tishk International University (TIU) on June 23, 2019. They were warmly welcomed and hosted by the chairman of the board of trustee and acting president of TIU, Dr. Idris Hadi Salih. Two Tishk International University (TIU) staff Dr. Adnan Abdullah, Dean of law faculty and Mrs. Zainab Alani, Assistant of International Relation Office, joint in a two days training courses organized by Ibn Almstufi organization on June 20-21, 2019. The training courses entitled protocol and etiquette, this course was giving and presented by the Expert Protocol and previous secretary of Egypt republic Dr. Tariq Abdul-Aziz.
