  On May 16, 2019, the First Surveillance Audit of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System at Tishk International University was conducted by the Bureau Veritas Lead Auditor, Dr. Ziad Iskandarani. The Audit aims to guarantee that the management system is in place throughout the validity of the certificate. Tishk Career Center organized the 6th Career Days on May 15th, 2019. The event was held with the participation of 27 companies, NGOs, Banks and Private Schools. The event sponsored by Hawkary Group, Byblos Bank and Khoshnaw Group. The event started at 10:00 a.m. and finished at 4 p.m. Most of the senior students visited all the booths to submit their CVs to the companies to get a chance to work with them. In a field-trip to Qushtapa Refugee camp near Erbil, second-year students from the International Relations and Diplomacy department at Tishk International University met with the camp management and toured through the camp where Syrian refugees are settled. The visit took place on May 12, 2019، were second-year students accompanied by staff from the department visited the camp and observed the humanitarian circumstances of the refugees settled at the camp.
