The Quality Assurance unit launched its electronic system, and for this purpose a workshop was organized on 5th June, 2018. The aim of the workshop was to train the staff (mainly deans and heads of departments) and guide them through the required procedures. On May 16, 2018, Tuesday, with the presence of Vice president of Tishk International University Dr. Wasfi Kahwachi, dean of education faculty Dr. Suleyman Celik and Mrs. Ashna Jamal the manager of the Darashakran refugee camp Tishk International University, distributed to Syrian refugees living at the Darashakran refugee, camp near Khabat, the donations football kits which was donated by Coventry Football Club . Tishk International University organized an Iftar for media channels with the public regional security branch at Tishk International University. During this Ramadan, Tishk International University has organized several Iftars for students, staff, etc. Media channels and public regional security branch 55 were invited to the Tishk International University on June 03, 2018. ISHIK University and through the chairman of the board of trustee and the acting president Dr. Idris Hadi Salih has received an appreciation plaque from the Education and Community Health Organization ( ECHO ) presented by Dr. Karzan Mohammad the head of ECHO. This is with regard to the participation and cooperation of both parties in organizing the Youth Empowerment Symposium (YES) on April, 1st. 2018. The ECHO organization highly appreciated the endless support of ISHIK University toward the humanitarian efforts.
