Tishk International University CISCO Networking Academy offers classes that prepare students for computer industry. The courses help to build skills in-depth knowledge of computer. Tishk International University has signed a partnership agreement with Leicester University to enhance the academic cooperation. Such cooperation would open the door for students and lecturers to exchange experience and academic publications and researches. This cooperation will focus on: student exchange, Erasmus plus program, double diploma, Joint master program, Joint conferences, MSc and PhD programs, summer school and staff development training programs. Tishk International Students Aysha Asaad and Mohammed Asaad under the supervision of Mustafa Botani Library Manager organized an event concerning with books and supporting reading. The idea of this event is based on to read a lot of books in four languages English, Arabic, Kurdish, and Turkish, and you can also replace the old book with a new one. In the country side of Erbil, a school has been built inside the Syrian camp. Dr. Numan Kanar  Academic in the Faculty of Education and some ELT students decided to organize a volunteer teaching program in that school. The idea of teaching simply aimed to provide what Tishk International students could offer to these students in need. As students mentioned that "We realized that it was so small when we found out the number of the students which was astonishing." Mr. Numan Kanar was the supervisor of the volunteer student teachers.
