Tishk International University president Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş paid a courtesy visit to Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and met with Prof. Dr. Gudrun Kammasch. In the meeting, Rector Öztaş gave brief information about Tishk International University’s scientific and social activities and expressed that he was in seek of collaborations with Beuth University. Tishk International University President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş was invited to Scholas IV World Congress and  Seminar of reflection and debate among Scholas chairs experts “Between University and school, a wall or a bridge” in May 27-29, 2016  in collaboration with Lumsa University in Rome, Italy. Seminar has been held in Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, Casina Pio IV. Around 120 participants from 190 countries’ schools and educational network joined the congress and have discussed a number of different social projects that have been done in different parts of the world. Tishk International University organized the 1st Photography Fair on June 1, 2016. Students exhibited their photographs; in particular the talented students, Chya K. Omer, Diyar M. Hama, and Ayman R. Kareem 2nd year student from Business and Management Department and Hawraz H. Rasul 4th year student from Business and Management Department, exhibited their amazing photographs. University of Salahaddin, College of Software Engineering organized Software Engineering Annual Fair (SEDAF) on May 19, 2016. The students got the opportunity to exhibit some of their professional projects that were supervised by the departments’ professors. Our students also participated in the event under the supervision of Safwan Mawlood Hussein Head of Computer Engineering Department with two projects of Versa Car Control and Flying Arm. In the fair, the Versa Car Control got third place all over the projects.
