Tishk International University Interior Design annual exhibition took place in the Education Faculty Building. The exhibition was opened by the university President,  Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş who was accompanied by  the university administration and as well as the department’s lecturers. The exhibition is about the final presentation of the INTERIOR DESIGN course of the second grade. The event was organized by the lecturers, Siba Kady, Sahar Mohammed and research assistants, Karwan Jamal, Tara Faqi and Lana Mohammed. The “Middle East Journey: Radicalism or Tolerance” discussion panel was jointly organized by Tishk International University Sulaimani  Branch and The Polytechnic University Sulaimani Branch. The panel discussion was held on 10th of January 2016. The panel was held on the purposes to elucidate and present to the new generation that grows, how radicalism obsession is destructive, unacceptable and at the same time this psychology disrupts the social structure. Besides it, the tolerance psychology unifying societies and communities shows respect to different opinions and ideas and it attaches value to freedom of thought. National and international delegations continue to visit Tishk International university. The Head of Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) of Erbil Office visited Tishk International University. Tishk International University President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş welcomed the delegation and hosted them in his office. Ali Hussein, the Head of the KDP Erbil Office, praised the Fezalar Educational Company and Tishk International university because of the education provided.
