Today 10/05/2015 the first day of English Language School students classes have started at Tishk International University Continuing Education Center. Students started classes this morning after receiving the curriculum and supplementary materials required accordingly with their level. The students were distributed into three classrooms - two classes for Starter level and one class for the Elementary level. They will study here for 3 levels of English Language. In this period, they will have a wide range of English language expertness and practicing various skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. Dear Precious Citizens, Fezalar Educational Company is offering scholarships (the opportunity of free study) during each new academic year with the best quality of education in her every institution, especially for those families who have martyrs of Peshmarga. Previous year's quota was as follows: Tishk International University offered (35) free full scholarship until graduation and in all Fezalar schools (50) free seats were provided. The quota for 2015-2016 academic year is as following: In Halabja, Shahid Fezalar Educational Company in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in KRG is offering (415) free scholarships. Fezalar Educational Company has provided (135) students with free of charge scholarships.

On September 20, 2015, a delegate from Tishk International University (Vice President Dr. Muhammed Özdemir, Media and Marketing Manager) visited the General Directorate for Examinations in the Ministry of Education. They met Dr. Bapir B. Bapir, General Director of Examinations, and Dr. Rashad Omer, General Director of the Certificate Accreditation. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the MCQ Examinations (multiple choice questions) prepared for the 12th grade students by Tishk International University which is a similar exam to ministry exam questions but in the form of multiple choice.
