Tamayuz Excellence is a multi-competition international initiative. The seven different international competitions award was established in 2012 in UK and has annual cycles of various competitions; one of them is the Iraqi graduation projects. Kurdistan Flag day December 17 of each year is the Kurdistan Flag Day, designated by the Kurdistan Region parliament in 2009. In this context, the Dean of Students of Tishk International University held a ceremony for commemorating this day. The Kurdish flag's main characteristic is the blazing golden sun emblem (Roj in Kurdish) at its center. The emblem's sun disk has 21 rays, equal in size and shape, with the single odd beam at the top and the two even rays on the bottom. Dean of Students of Tishk International University / Faculty of engineering organized a Hiking trip to Safin mountain on December 05, 2020. Hiking is an outdoor activity which consists of walking in natural environments. Nowadays, it is such a popular activity in the worldwide.
