TIU Honors Anfal Genocide Victims with Remembrance & Tree Planting

This event honored the victims of the Kurdish Genocide, known as the Anfal Genocide. It paid tribute to over 182,000 Kurdish civilians who lost their lives during one of the darkest periods in Kurdish history. The ceremony began with a recitation from the Holy Quran.
