On October 07, 2018, Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of Board of Trustees & President of Tishk International University hosted and welcomed Dr. Pshtiwan Sadiq, Minister of Education, KRG in his office at the university. The main agenda of the meeting was the impact of education on student performance in Kurdistan region and especially in Tishk International . Each year hundreds of students graduating from education faculty with four departments (ELT, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics). They both optimistically hoping for a bright future of Tishk International students to be well prepared and educated so they can serve their society.
Dr. Pishtiwan Sadiq was so delighted that each year Tishk International provides tens of scholarships for students in the departments of (Biology, Physics, and Mathematics). These students are fully supported during their education so they can complete their study. He also added that Tishk International will continue its carrier successfully.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Idris appreciated the efforts of minister to improve the quality of education in schools.
