Faculty of Administrative Science and Economics of Tishk International University proudly organize the Fourth “Clean & Love Kurdistan” Project on April 28, 2018, with the cooperation of Ministry of Municipality and Tourism Presidency of Erbil, with the sponsorship of Kar Company to create public awareness for protecting the environment of Kurdistan.

There was much interest in the “zone cleaning”. The event was with the presence of Vice Presidents of Tishk International University Asst. Prof. Dr. Wasfi Kahwachi, Dean of Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics Dr. Fatih Cura, Director of Service & Environment Municipality Mr. Farman Khalil, Mr. Ali Bala, Dean of Students and other respected Municipality members, and around 90 students participated in this awareness for sustainability development of Kurdistan.

They wore the Project T-Shirts which were specifically designed for this Project. Therefore, participants collected trash in picnic area wearing T-shirts. The activity started at the picnic area which was located to the opposite of Dlopa, Opposite of Monument, Kasnazan, Koya Road, Erbil.

 

Clean & Love Kurdistan for this Project Messages Were as Follows:

Healthier For You and Kinder to the Planet

Why Use The Lift IF It Is Only A few Flights?

 

6/ BE CREATIVE AND ERUSE

Things like bags, bows, and paper Can be Turned into a present or something useful.

 

7/ SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS

Not just for earth hour but whenever you do not need it.

 

Clean and Love Kurdistan’s Sub-project:

  1. Seminar by, Mr. Farman Khalil
  2. Awareness by distributing Clean and Love Kurdistan’s messages
  3. National Workshop on Natural Sustainability
  4. Awareness and spreading the messages between Erbil and Masif Highway.
  5. Distributing the appreciation certificate to the participants

 

Faculty of Administrative Science and Economics of Tishk International University looks forward to having more partner to build and educate on a standard basis for a better and friendly environment, cleaner picnic areas and fresher air for all respected citizen of Kurdistan. That is why we call this project Clean and Love Kurdistan, because to prove it all citizens of Kurdistan should pay attention to the serious issue of nature and to keep it clean, LOVE should be in everybody’s heart!
