Saeed, has been appointed as the Country Director of Kurdistan at the International Higher Education, Teaching and Learning Association (HETL). HETL maintains NGO Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and has partnerships with some of the leading educational organizations in the world.
