The Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of Tishk International University in collaboration with the UNAMI Human Rights Office held an event to commemorate the Human Rights Day on December 10th. The event was attended by the president of the university, UNAMI staff, Tishk International university academics and students, representatives of NGOs and human rights activists.  It consisted of various activities ranging from speeches by some of the university students, and UNAMI Human Rights Office representatives, among others, to an outdoor activity by 50 students with the aim of promoting human rights. “The dialogue of the West and East: topical issues of contemporary education and pedagogics” was the on-line conference theme where Faculty of Education students participated and received an international certificate from Kazan Federal University, Russian Federation. The Online conference was organized by KFU which is one of the best universities in Russia. It was held on November 22, 2018. On ( November 26,27 of 2018 ) 260 students of Zanyari private high school visited Tishk International University, they were all welcomed warmly by the university staff.
