The Faculty of Education has successfully organized its 4th International Conference on Applied Science, Energy and Environment ICASEE on May 21st, 2017. The conference is honored by the presence of three Ministries of the Kurdistan Regional Government-KRG: the deputies of both Electricity and Natural Resources Ministries as well as representative of the Ministry of Municipality and Tourism. Tishk International University in Cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized a Certificate Awarding Ceremony and a Joint Workshop on May 17th, 2017, under the theme of “Features & Prospects of International Accreditation in Higher Education”. The workshop brought together the university presidents, the experts and academicians from various parts of the region to exchange knowledge and ideas regarding Academic Quality and Academic Accreditation in particular. Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized the 2nd International Conference on Legal/Law Issues (ILIC) on May 11th, 2017, with 45 researches in the field of law, politics, and Islamic Sharia in three languages – Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Participant were not only from Kurdistan and Iraq but also from Egypt, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Libya. Tishk International Career Center organized the 4th Career Days on May 9th, 2017. The event was held with the participation of 20 international and local companies; three of them participated as sponsor which are Hawkary Group, RT Bank, Kar Group.  The event started at 9:00 a.m. and finished at 4 p.m. Most of the senior students visited all the stand to submit their CVs to the companies to get a chance to work with them.
